Upcycled / Recycled Fabric Cards

Oooo I'm nearly dizzy with excitement!! This past weekend I came into a wonderful 'inheritance' and have found a resource for fabric swatches of all kinds. Imagine the endless possibilities!! My first thought is for cards. Using spray adhesive to mount the fabric to the card and then accenting with phrases, dried flowers these cards are now "upcycled" (or the fabric is recycled depending on your viewpoint I suppose... Some of the fabric design suits cards just so well no added embellishments were needed. I especially like the fabric wrap around card - I just could not cut through the fetching design on the fabric! The series "Something for You" was by special request to be delivered to the buyer tomorrow. These others are now listed on my Zibbet Card Shop. Off to wade through the layers of fabric to make more designs!

What do you think - upcycled or recycled?
